FOR BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE
Behind every DRYKORN piece are the people who make it, cut it, sew it, check it. From the first sketch to the last seam, every garment passes through more hands than most people imagine.
BETTER TOGETHER
Our collections are not brought to life by machines, but by people. That’s why we have set out binding requirements for our partners in our SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT, covering topics like working hours, occupational safety, freedom of association, or the prohibition of child and forced labour. In 2025, we wrote up our internal ruleset regarding Human Rights in our DRYKORN POLICY: HUMAN RIGHTS. In general, we prefer long-term partnerships over short-term acquaintances – with our longest-standing partnerships in Europe and Türkiye having started 15 years ago.
Transparency & Trust
All our direct suppliers of finished garments must provide a valid social audit from an established third-party scheme. In FY 2024/25 these were amfori BSCI, SA8000, SEDEX/SMETA, ICS and SLCP. 93 % of our revenue was generated with Tier 1 suppliers holding a valid audit. The remaining 7 % is revenue connected to suppliers in Ukraine, where audits cannot currently be carried out because of the Russian war of aggression.
DRYKORN itself holds no certification under any of the abovementioned schemes – we require them as proof from our suppliers, and the audit reports are on file with us.
There is one important aspect that is often breezed over when talking about audits: They’re momentary snapshots. An audit confirms the conditions found at a site on the day of the audit. Not the day before, not the week after. That’s why continuous attention to our suppliers is necessary, which we employ through on-site visits, risk analyses and direct exchange.

The key to a collaboration with Drykorn
Our Supplier Code of Conduct applies to all Tier-1 suppliers, regardless of the country of production, order volume, or how long we have known each other. We review compliance through visits to production facilities and through social audits by third parties.
Our internal Code of Conduct sets out the rules for every direct employee of DRYKORN.
We are listening!
